Unauthorized debit orders

Good day.

I need urgent assistance with regards to my Dstv account. I have recieved disturbing information that 2 explora ultras decoders were added to my debit order since January 2021 even though we have not recieved 2 devices in January. We only recieved a dstv decoder ultra on the 4th August 2021. My account was also disconnected because apparently there was supposed to be a pro rata paid which I was not informed of neither by the installer or the consultant. We begrudgingly obliged because we need to watch television and as we were assured numerous of times that our next debit order was only to be on the 15th of September 2021 but to my surprise an amount of R390 was again deducted on the 15th of August 2021. I request immediate attention to my situation as this highly unacceptable and to make matters worse this is not the first instance that I have been subjected to this kind of unfair victimization.
