Unauthorized Debit order on Account for Annual Subscription

The experience from DSTv is shocking. I'm a Annual Subscriber and pay my annual subscription via my credit card yearly in February which i've done so in February 2022 as well and then they decided to debit my bank account via a debit order for Next year annual subscription, due to technical fault on their side. My other concern is how can they debit my account with a debit order if i've not given consent.....
