UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER : CUSTOMER O. ***7

On the 31st May 2015 I deactivated dstv access through a Facebook message to Multi choice. A confirmation was received that my subscription will be deactivated with effect from the 01st June 2015. My subscription was indeed deactivated on the 01st June 2015 as agreed.<br> I never again requested Multichoice to reactivate the account as I don't want to use their services anymore.<br> <br> An amount of R50-00 was paid towards the balance of R7-00 on my account through a debit card at Pep Stores, Soshanguve Crossing Mall.<br> To my surprise I found out that Multichoice debit my bank account for an additional R106-00 without authorization. I've been paying the account cash for the past previous months and did not authorise them to debit my bank account.<br> <br> I reported the matter to them by email as per ref. Case no.***. Multichoice enquiries team Niven Athmaram responded as if the deactivation was done today whilst it was done on the 01st June 2015.<br> <br> Multichoice must refund all the money they owe me with immediate effect so that we part ways forever. For the past year I've been exposed to the most bad service from them and have decided to terminate their service permanently and try something new.
