Unauthorized Debit order

Some pushy consultant Phoned me just to tell me my decoder is outdated and will be taken off the market. I need to upgrade to a new installation and decoder. I listened to the person and said that I would come back. I am satisfied with the decoder I have and everything works fine. He launched a debit order on my account for the new installation and decoder for 7/5 but luckily it was rejected. I don't want a 24-month contract and I want you to put me in the same position I was before he tried to sell me something that did not happen.
