Unauthorized Debit Order

I cancelled my DSTV after the soccer world cup - to my surprise I get an SMS tonight that payment was taken from my bank account for R 1051.28. When I log into the self service site, my dstv is now magically active since 11/07/2015 WITHOUT me activating it.<br> <br> I now urgently have to go to the bank to reverse the debit order, as I do not have money to pay for my other expenses now.
