Unauthorized debit Order

Good Day, Every month a debit order goes through for R608-00 to Multichoice. I take extra care to ensure that I have sufficient funds in my account to fulfil this obligation. Yesterday, an amount of R733-00 was debited. I was not informed by DSTV / Multichoice of an increased amount. I called in and spoke to Samilla and she apologised for not notifying me. This has a ripple effect on my account. This resulted in FNB declining my other debit order as there were insufficient funds and this negatively impacted my account. This is beyond the pale.
