UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT from my account DSTV Insurance

I have to write to DSTV as no one else is bothering to reply to me and the e mail address is *** I stopped DSTV in July and asked that I not be debited after writing several emails and phone calls to which I was still debited in regards to the Insurance of my decoder. I have not received the refund either. Very quick to take my money but when it comes to not having to pay, so there are delays from your side. I am requesting and advising that you DO NOT debit my account as this is called THEFT !!! Its the principal despite the amount that you are in essence *****ing from me. I have proof of e mails yet you IGNORE me !!! DO NOT repeat this incident again or you will be up for theft charges !
