Unauthorized debit
Honestly the people who assist on the live chat on showmax is so unhelpful. I tried twice letting them know that I was debited for 2 profiles and I only have 1 active. I would like the funds reversed but these people can't assist! Agent who is worse, cannot read to understand (Sinethemba) should not assist on live chats.
