Unauthorized charges

I always had the dstv package of R105, last month I upgraded to family package. Biggest mistake because since then Dstv just wanted to rip me off. When I upgraded to family package with this number *120*68584# I did it my self. They asked that I pay addition fee to add up to R260 I think, which I did.Around the 25 September I checked my balance, like I always do and it said I owe R600 and something. I called customer service & queried it, where does that big amount come from. The lady said she will forward this to the relevent department & the will call me within 24 to 48 hours, they never did. The 1st of October I checchecked my balance again now it stated R1200 & something. So it accelerated, I had to call in again explained again I only subscribed to family package, the consultant said he sees I have premium now of which I never saw on my tv. Wow multi choice how in earth am I upgraded without my consent. Well he fixed it, when I checked my balance it stated the family package which I paid. Today a day after when I switch my tv on I have compact now, got channels which I never authorized. Now my balance is R390 something. So my packages are being upgraded within days without my authority, how do you except me to pay my money for your errors. Im sick & tired of calling in now. I want this matter to be resolved other wise im taking it further.
