Unauthorized cancellation of decoder insurance on SD PVR

<p>After downgrading from Premium to Access pakage, the xtra view on my SD PVR was also cancelled which I did not request.The insurance on the SD PVR was cancelled and changed to the primary HD PVR,again I did not request. Now the insurance can not be reinstated. I loose the option to exchange the SD PVR for an Explora, if it becomes faulty, which it had. </p> <p> </p> <p>I never cancelled the insurance, and after numerous call nobody can help me. POOR,POOR SERVICE.</p>
