Unauthorized and unexplained add ons

Dstv claims someone added the movie package, the Indian package, joox and showmax onto my account. It wasn't me. It wasn't any of my family members that has access to my Dstv now app. You also can't do.it from the Dstv now app, it has to be done via the MyDstv app. What is also funny is that I have 2 other decoders on extraview and none of these channels are available on those decoders but they deducted my Extraview as well with my debit order. But my thing is, I could have paid less and gotten more if I just upgraded to Dstv Premium. So why would I be that stupid. No-one in my family even watch the Indian Channels on Compact Plus, so why would I or any person activate that? Its a mystery but Dstv is adamant I did it or someone that knows my login. But they cannot provide me with a IP address. And this on a App where you must register your device..... And all I get is, you did it, it will only be downgraded next month..... So I'm paying for channels that no-one is going to watch, paying for showmax that is not going to be used. I have Netflix why would I need showmax? But I will not be held hostage I will reverse this debit order and pay for what I use. They can cut me off, I don't care. I will keep on writing reviews and post on social media till I get an answer. They even billed my colleague via debit orde R3800! And sms my sr a bill for R173 who does not have Dstv! But I caused this glitch
