Unauthorised upgrades

Account number :*** I have a multi choice account for a compact subscription that I am paying R429,However since 2021 unauthorised upgrades have been taking place on my account whereby an upgrade of a DSTV premium package that cost R829 plus a Disney plus that cost R119 will be made and each time when I call to inquire I am always told that the upgrades where done by me using the self service.

This year on the 18th of January in the Morning I woke up to a message that came through at 3:32 regarding a Disney plus that has been added which I know nothing off and I Icalled in and as usual I was told that I added the Disney plus using my phone

On the 27 of January I received a call from Multichoice the consultant name is Akhona Tshezi regarding a discount of R100 on all compact clients and she told me that moving forward I will be paying R329 and not R429 anymore which I paid on the 02/02/2023.,now to my surprise I received an sms from Multichoice on the 27 February 2023 that my next premium is R669.84 again i called and the consultant I spoke to by the name of Akhona Notototo told me that an upgrade of a DSTV premium package including a DIsneyplus was added and it was done by self service and I disputed it she only downgraded the disney plus

So now I am expected to pay for a DSTV premium package that I know nothing of and the consultant are not assisting at all!!!!
