Unauthorised subscriptions

The worst service ever. Called the contact centre regarding my decoder being disconnected for no reason the answer was I have a Disney subscription that I no nothing about, they said I was signed up automatically because I am a good payer without my consent and billed for that even now my issue is not so resolved. So I shouldn’t pay upfront
