Unauthorised Subscription Services

@ DSTV/ MultiChoice Reference: Customer Number: ***2 I have again been charged for services that I have no subscription for. I previously communicated to Multichoice I that have no intention of subscribing for any services. I am not sure how I keep on getting charged for services I did not authorize. I even added a password to my profile, updated the cellphone number linked to my account, but still, I get charged for unauthorised services. After multiple unauthorised transactions/reversals and an unauthorised subscription for insurance services in 2020, I asked that my account/profile be deleted as I had no intention of subscribing for any services. I have communicated several times previously that I am not subscribed for any DSTV services and that my account be deactivated and deleted from your system.

The issue however continues and every month there are charges, with some reversals. Please urgently resolve this matter.
