Unauthorised policies.
They activate insurances and policies without my knowledge and now I gotta pay for whatever I didn't sign for. When you call, nobody give exact what transpired except that I have to pay what is due which is totally unacceptable.

16 Sept 2024, 09:53Been calling the institution with no luck or willingness to assist as each consultant is giving different reasons why the services have been disconnected and all the above is null and void. The insurance that was activated in July it's only now they sending the contract agreement dating the latest date, which is totally unacceptable. Kindly cancel and reverse the insurance and activate my services as I paid them.
