Unauthorised Extra charges on my debit order

My name is Danielle Williamson, I am a DSTV customer.(***-ID) A unauthorised amount was debited of R2024 from my account. I am a price lock customer and cannot understand why you want to charge double.

According to your statement I have not paid for the month of Aug, however according to my FNB Bank statements the debit order was collected for 16 Aug 2019. I have not missed 1 payment of R649.00 on Price lock since I joined. I need the money reversed back with immediate effect. 16 Aug 2019 M-CHOICE M-CHOICE*** -649.00
