Unauthorised deduction and subscription from DSTV

I have been a client at DSTV for so many yes but I’m very disappointed with them as they have authorise a deduction R769 for premium view and authorised a contract for price lock without my concern. At this present moment the can’t resolve it and refund me they gave me a call number of ***7-I 232 and inform me that they will resolve my query within 24 hour till today nothing happened. Kindly assist with this matter
