Unauthorised debits to my account by DStv for over a year and DStv keeps lying to me that someone will contact me about it. Do not sign up with or share banking details with DStv!

I am unable to deal with someone with this level of intelligence (or rather lack thereof). Perhaps this is part of DStv's underhanded means of robbing their customers by employing *********** staff.
