My husbands account was debit with 2xR345, he phoned DSTV they admitted they were not for his account. This was on the 30 August. We are still waiting for his account to be credited with these two debits. E mails were sent to Thabang.Mamogobo with ID and bank details showing the debits-so please dont ask us to send again as per yesterdays generic response. Please source e mails from him and advise why it takes so long for the money to be paid back to us and how details of my husbands account were obtained .

Best regards,
Dear Mary Hartigan
According to our records we have only collected the amount due on your DStv account for the month of September 2016. The 2 x R345 doesn't reflect on our end for this reason, we require your proof of payment for further investigation.
We are unable to locate the proof of payment you have sent to Thabang Mamogobo. Please provide us with the proof of payment and a copy of your bank statement reflecting the extra amount debited from your account and send it to ***.za. You will then receive a case reference number. Once you have the case number, please respond with it privately so we can trace it.
We awaiting your response.

Elna

Good Day
The risk and ***** department is actually not my issue. Refund me my money and sort out the rest later, how somebody managed to access my account details is very concerning (as I have never given my details to multi choice) but should not be holding up my money that is due to me. I have been waiting for a response since the End of August it is now the middle of September
I expect a response in the next couple of days otherwise I will take this further
Regards
