Unauthorised Debit orders twice in one day!!!!!!!

Moved over to family package. Then decided to move back to premium. Over the phone I was told to pay R221.84 for the pro-rata until the next debit order date. Paid the amount immediately. Come month end they deducted R1,190.33 and again on the same day R344.67. Since when do you pay R1,756.84 for a DSTV subscription. Send an e-mail to *** who's responding time, they say, is 48 hours. The previous time I sent an e-mail they took 12 days to get back to me. This is outrageous!!!!! They are *****ing my hard earned funds. I am not able to pay my accounts due to DSTV just deducting money for no reason. I want and answer and I want my money back now!!!!!!!!!!!!!
