Unauthorised debit orders and poor service

I paid an annual subscription yet unathorised debit orders go off my account and despite liaising with numerous people at DSTV nobody understands the transactions on my account or why I am being debited when my subscubscription is paid up for the year. The compare packages feature on the website does not work and even after raising this with DSTV no assistance has been provided. DSTV advertises that you qualify for annual subscription and pay for only 11 months at the old rate but nobody at the call centre knows how to calculate this.
