Unauthorised Debit Orders
Last month I went to my bank to cancel a R25 debit order that has been running against my account without authorisation from me for a very long time. Two hours ago, they debit my acc with my subscription amount that i have been paying via EFT all along as i dont believe in debit orders. I write a DM on twitter demanding answers, I get ignored.
Tomorrow i will have to go to the bank to reverse the charge once again, and as usual, horrible treatment at the hands of DStv.
I will also lodge a complaint formally against DStv on Monday and submit proof.

As discussed, I fully understand your concern, the frustration caused and apologise for this inconvenience.
The refund has been captured pending approval. As soon as the refund is paid out to you, the debit order facility will be cancelled.
Also, the monthly subscription for your DStv account is R874.00 which was split in to two (R24.00) and (R850.00). There's no ShowMax charge showing into your DStv account.

You will continue paying for the DStv service manually on 31st of every month.
