Unauthorised debit order - R602 but have Compact on a cash basis
<p>All of a sudden in June I get debited R602 from DSTV. After I cancelled debits in March. No debit in Apr/May but all of a sudden in June.</p> <p>Called centre on Sat and Sun, again Tuesday. Sent statement as proof on Saturday and Sunday when I called today no-one has escalated it to "finance" as promised?</p> <p>Is this ***** happening? Find it very hard to deal with you guys as the next one is as just *********** to deal with queries as the previous one. My details is laying with all your staff members and no one can tell me about the missing R600 from my account. I want my refund ASAP! Don't tell me about 7 days to track a payment, its been 15 days since you debited an authorised amount - sort it out!</p>

Ive send this statement to Glenda Komana and Pinky Ndlovu Sunday, I ve sent it to Debitorders email as well as Proof of payments email address. The lady I spoke to this morning said she will email them - its like going in circles!! check your emails and my case number which I provided
Do you guys not communicate to each other... why do you need to investigate March and April, I was employed by Media24 at the time and I have been deducted accordingly for Child accounts - I was not debited in Apr and May we paid cash on the DSTV for Compact after I cancelled it. So why debit in June?
