Unauthorised debit order payments

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>My mom when onto the compact price plan on the 29.03.2014. The decoder was delivered on the 23.03.2017 and installation took place on the 29.03.2017. She called DSTV on the 30.03.2017 to cancel her normal subcribtion. On the 31.03.2017 an debit order amount of R1200.00 went off her account. She called DSTV and ask them why that amount was deducted and they told her that her normal subcribtion wasn't wasn't cancelled and they will fix it. So she reverse the payment and paid R550.00 at pick n pay. Yesterday evening an amount of R1056.00 was deducted from her account. She call DSTV again on today demanding an expation on why they took so much and the lady by the name of Sisibusa (mind the spelling) said it was charges. But can't explain which charges. Cause my account wasn't in arrears. I asked h er to transfer me to the price lock dept but she just drop the call. Can some from price lock please call me on ********** 239 as we want to cancel our subcribtion and give your decoder back. Cause we excepted price lock of R539 not R1200 or R1000</p> <p> </p>
