Unauthorised DEBIT ORDER

I did not sign up for any debit order. Past experience with this circus taught me they cannot manage accounts. I paid my account on the 4th Aug through their app. 7th August Debit order runs. Never authorised it, never gave consent, never shared my banking details with them. And they cannot provide me the relevant proof either. This is the type of people working for DSTV. ***** now, apologise later!!
