Unauthorised debit order and services cut short
Good day I'm requesting a refund of R229 for a debit order deduction that was not authorized on the 15 April 2024. Also I made a payment on the 27 and 28 March of R109 and R21 respectively for compact subscription as I was given a discount as a Capitec client.My subscription was cut off around the 8th.It did not last for 30 days. Please provide me with clarity.
