unauthorised debit order and bad customer service

On the last day of the month dstv debited more on my account i call their customer service i spoke to the first agent by the name of Noxolo and she argued with me even if i asked to speak to the teamleader or manager she refuse i called again spoke to another agent by the name of nkcubeko with no help also i called again even the last agent said i will be called even now nothing has happened dstv is not taking me serious and tasking me for a ride while i have been loyal to them and they are agent are rude and lying to customers what kind of customer service are the rendering if they cannot help the customers im very disappointed in them and their services i had to repeat my self always when i called in like their shows they are repeating
