unauthorised debit order

I am so sick and tired of multi choice debiting my account each month. I have cancelled my package more then a year ago. I had a terrible experience last December only after writing my review on this forum iy was resolved. Now again another issue with them unauthorised debit order when I was told there be no more debit orders they have cancelled my package cause it wasnt done correctly. Now this month again another debit order. For Piet Sake this is one frustrating company🤬
