UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER
Multichoice just messed up my day today. I woke up to find them having attempted to debit money from my account. I downgraded from Compact to Access over the weekend and I am surprised as to why multichoice would debit an amount for a compact view while I have never had a debit order with them. I wish that they cancel that debit order please and I demand a letter from yourselves confirming that the debit order was a mistake from your side. Please correct THIS!!!
