Unauthorised debit order.

I sign up for DSTV streaming on the month to month option to see if streaming will work for us but cancelled after the first month but now they are still deducting from my account and I tried by emailing them the get refund and cancel but another prenium was deducted again this month. 2 x R799 which I cant afford I cancelled by card x 2 but still no joy. I sent a statement with the amount that was deducted,copy of id etc. They can't locate the payment but they can deduct.
