Unauthorised and ******* Debits

Hi, Despite logging a compliant on Hello Peter, and sending several emails over the past month, no staff from Multichoice has contacted me to resolve the ******* debits Multichoice is processing Via ABSA. A further ******* debit was processed yesterday for the amount of R316.44 on the 21Nov16, despite me having instructed Multichoice on several occcasions not to do so. Their staff have confirmed telephonically that I am loaded on their systems as cash customer and no debits will go off my account. I want this to stop immediatley and Multichoice is liable for all damages caused.

Finally, I received a call from Nesta at Multichoice. I look forward to receiveing your response and a reference number for the call. Thank you for confirming that I am on the R29pm Easyview package and that I am loaded as a cash paying customer (No Debits should have gone trhough on my account) I will send all supporting documents ie FNB Transaction Reports, Statements etc showing the days and amounts incorrectly and ********ly debited from my FNB account. I have checked with FNB and they have advised that the debits are from Multichoice. As mentioned I have already waited for a month for a response or resolution, and I hope that this matter will be rectified by the end of this week as follows: 1. Confirmation that no further debit orders will be processed out of my FNB Cheque Account. 2. Payment for all the Bank Charges FNB has charged me ie Insufficient Funds, Reverse Debits etc. 3. Multichoice has impacted negatively on my Credit Profile, so I need your plan and commitment to remedy this, and finally I look forward to your retention strategy (Goodwill Gesture) based on all the stress, Costs I had to Incur, neagtive impact on my credit profile and poor service & turnaround times caused by Multichoice. I patiently await your resolution by the end of this week. Thank you Denzil

Hi Nesta, I will resend the email and support documents that I have already sent on more that 2 occassions. I have checked with FNB, and was advised that all 3 debits are from Multichoice, via your ABSA Bank. I will forward proof, Dates, amounts debited, and Multichoice Reference numbers. I hope that a competant and dedicated person will attend to the matter and have it resolved as per my expectations to avoid taking this matter further. FYI, I am still flabbagasted by Multichoice level of service...You also advised that you cannot provide me with a reference number for your call yesterday and that you will post details on this site, but you have failed to. Please provide me with a reference number for the call yesterday. Thank you
