Unauthorised activation of netflix in my DSTV account

I have a price-lock subscription that has been in effect since 2023, and now it's due for renewal. I was paying a fixed amount of R789 throughout the contract duration. On my own, I subscribed to Netflix, which I was paying for directly to Netflix through a debit order. In July, I stopped paying Netflix and canceled the membership. To my surprise, my DSTV subscription immediately went up, and when I checked, Netflix had been added to my account without my knowledge. I paid an extra R229 in July, and now I owe R1226 more than the R789 I was paying previously. When I phone DSTV, they keep telling me that it's due to Netflix, but I don't have an active membership with Netflix. I'm being asked to pay for services I never used. I spoke to Happy Manyisa, who said he would cancel Netflix from the DSTV side, but I still have to pay the balance. How do I pay for Netflix, which I never subscribed to through DSTV? I'm heartbroken and feeling betrayed. I might as well cancel the membership.
