Unauthorised account deduction/debit order.

I paid my account with Dstv on 1st of August 2025. I woke up this morning (4 August 2025) to them taking money out of my account. I have never authorised a debit order so I don’t even understand how they managed to use my card details to debit my account. I am appalled! This means they have taken a double payment this month, unauthorised!!
