unalocated payment

I had poor service from You thandi and the other ladies whom didn't state their names I have been sending through two proof of payment and my services are not reinstated I made payment on 25May brought the their attention that I have used incorrect ref by sending in email, no one bothered to state to me that it must be under PDF file, only to find this out when I call for the 2nd time. I did attached it as requested by thandi when I call again was advised to separate the proof of payment. look I paid on 25May R550 another payment on 8th Jun R170, my uncle went to Thabong in Sebokeng he was charged R20.00 extra for phone call and emails REALLY IS THIS HOW WE MUST BE TREATED I have made 4call since this morning, send through both proof on PDF separately now its 14:02 both decodes are not back to service
