I paid for my account on 28/04/2020 via their EFT to their ABSA account number,till todate the payment is no allocated ,I called DSTV on friday and i was invited to send a proof of payment which I did within few minutes after a call,i followed up yesterday avoiding them to disconnect services there was no response,today I called again and spoke to Lindiwe who confirmed that a request to allocate payment was sent as she could peak the payment on system,now the account is disconnected and DSTV's number has been engaged for the past two hours. What a pain and waste of time and money.

Kindly note that our records reflects that you have email a screen shot of your EFT payment. However, may you please email me your proof of payment in a PDF format for me to be able to trace and allocate your payment into your DStv account as the payment is not yet reflecting on your DStv account.
