Unallocated payment
Good day
Kindly assist me, I have problem with dstv not allocating my payment since 31st of May, I send proof of payment what they do they send me Ref number ***0 and ***6 saying they will call me back. I being disconnected since Sunday. When I call they told me they have network problems.
