Unallocated payment

<p>Good day</p> <p>On the 3rd of June i made a double payment on my DsTv account and till today they claim not to have received the second payment, however i have made perpetual emails to send proof of payments, now i have to phone them every after 5 days as my services would be disconnected. Today they tell me they cant reconnect me until the payments have been allocated. Over the weekend i went to the Multichoice store where payment was made and the person who assisted me told me that payments such allocations can take upto 3 to 4 months before finalised now am i supposed to wait that long without watching Tv whereas i made payments.
