Unallocated payment
I made a payment on 01/09/15, this payment has not been allocated to my account even after 100's proof of payments being sent. Every week I get disconnected twice, I then call the call centre who tell me to send the proof again, promise to sort it out with the finance dept, and then reconnect me. I even went through @DSTVcare, the enquiries email, but it's not being sorted. I am now tired to of wasting my money when the problem is on their side. Every week I call, explain the same problem to different people, who promise to resolve but nothing happens. I have case numbers for one issue that I can't solve. One time I spoke to a supervisor who told me they won't reconnect if I don't send the proof while she was on the line, and I had no airtime to hold and send. I pay for my account every month, never missing an installment but I get treated this way. I am so disappointed at this level of service. There must be a department in multichoice where the call centre, @dstvcare and enquiries don't help but no, these are the only channels available. I wonder which organization we can report these matters to, clearly multichoice is not interested.
