Unallocated monies - ripping people off

On 27 July 2015, I paid R1125 for my Dstv account, at mabaleng. The lady Magret said she needed to fax through the payment to headoffice as they are experincing problems. The payment was done and was supposed to be allocated to my account, and yet we find that the payment has not been allocated as the servises have been cut off. Headoffice has been asking for bank statements which I have provided to show that the money indeed went through. This is all costing me a lot of money having to call every time as the decoder has been disconnected and they seem to be not interested especially the lady Magret from mabaleng. Whilst this is being investigated, we in the meantime are disconneted and that would mean I paid for services which are not been rendered.<br> I hope a competitor comes along and I will migrate to them as Multichoice has not care for its customers. I am very annoyed and unhappy
