*** - Unallocated funds query pending since 3rd March
Good Day, i have requesting assistance with My Mothers DTSV account every week since payment was done as it keeps getting switched off. I made a payment on the 3rd of March 2022 using the incorrect account number with one digit. I called in after her services were disconnected and I was asked to send an email to ***, at which I did and received a response stating that the payment was located and allocated to my Mom's account which resulted in the services being connected, however, every week, the services are getting disconnected and every time i call they say this was resolved. A few minutes ago, the services were disconnected again and this is getting frustrating as my Mom is 68 and all she does is watch TV. What is happening in the allocation department.
THIS IS TERRIBLE, SURELY ONE PERSON CAN DO THE RIGHT THING. PAYMENT WAS DONE, ACKNOWLDGEMENT OF PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED, WHY IS THERE NO ONE ALLOCATING THIS OR IS THERE NO ONE WORKING THERE. THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE. PLEASE URGENTLY RESOLVE THIS URGENTLY.

She is telling me that her Team Leader Fatima Kuran is only trying to make the allocation right now. What kind of mickey mouse business are you guys running. Is this how you treat your customers. So if it was mom talking to you, she was going to have to call every week for assistance with this, a 68 year old. I am really ashamed of your service, it is ridiculous. I have been holding for 18 minutes and you did not even bother to call me and let me know you resolved the query because it is not resolved.

So I am assuming that your priotise clients and my queries are not going to be attended because i am not important enough. What you are doing is unfair and very ridiculous. You are an embarassemnt to the pay tv industry. Useless to say the least. You cannot have so many useless people in your teams. How do you recruit people. Is it HR that is a problem. How do you even do your performance review, So not even a Manager could assist with this. No guys, you need to honestly revisit your staff performance reviiews because clearly not even your managers are competent. I and my mom have been with you for so long and this is how your treat us.
