unallocated funds

Good day <br> I made a payment on the 01/09/2015 via EFT,i send the proof of payment to unallocated maybe five times and went to two Multichoice Branches and i was issued with a case numbers , i also send it to Jessica Ramasenya,Tshepo Skofu,Maogelang Mokhonoa and many consultant,every week i have to have airtime to call u,since September i have to spend +-R200 each month to call Multichoice,Im tired now cause this thing is messing my credit records,last month u tried to debt R997 while i was told that i was removed from debit order i need to pay cash,This is not the first time i wrote a complain on Hello Peter ,you only responded that u will investigate then nothing happens,i'm the one who suffer at the end of the day ,Im sick that tired now <br> <br> Thank you
