Unallocated funds

On the 28th of July 2015 I went to the local Multichoice outlet in Newcastle KZN to find out how I can transfer funds to my Box Office account and they gave me account numbers as well as reference number to do an eft to my box office account. I've done the transfer of R150.00 (One Hundred and fifty Rand Only) to the account number and reference numbers I was given. I wanted to rent a movie the next day and the message that was given to me is that there are not sufficient funds in my box office account. I phoned the call centre and they gave me 2 email addresses I can use to send the proof of payment to. I was give a reference number (***) as proof that they have received the query and I was promised to be contacted within 24Hours. After that I made numerous call and I visited the Newcastle branch to ask for assistance, but I was told to wait until they can resolve the query. I was promised to be contacted on Tuesday the 4th of August 2015, but I am sorry to say that not one contacted me to give me feedback. It is the 6th of August 2015 and I can still not rent a movie. The staff were all very unhelpfull and not friendly at all.
