Unaccounted for subscriptions

I am extremely irate with multichoice dstv. My subscription that I signed for with them is Dstv compact.. To my surprise when I check my balance for the month as I was preparing myself to make the payment I find out that I now have to pay more as my subscription has suddenly changed to compact plus. I have never signed up for this. Who gave you permission to up my subscription. I am I supposed to pay pay that additional amount for the subscription that I have never asked for.. Its high time I cancel this nonsense. We watch same shows all the time anyways..
