Unaccounted bill
I have two dstv decoders on my account, both family.
The total monthly debit for both was R408. I called last week to have the HD Decoder cancelled and the standard to remain active. Even though I have had this package for over 5 years I was told that I need to pay R180 to cancel this one package.
However my debit for this month is R705 which no one from DSTV can explain to me why.
