Unacceptable services dstv

I am very unsatisfied with the service from dstv, they replaced my explora decoder 2 months ago, I pay R1000 a month to dstv and now the new decoder has a manufacturer fault and I live in Kuruman in the Northern Cape, and dstv says I must drive 300km to the nearest dstv agency to replace my decoder which is under warranty.... My parents are pensioners and don't have the cash to drive to replace it..... They can't even send one via Currier for me it must be taken.... I as their daughter don't have transport or the cash to get there either... This is absolutely unacceptable it needs to be rectified
