Unacceptable service from DStv (MultiChoice)

The level of service has been entirely unacceptable. I have spent more than 10 days attempting to resolve an issue for my daughter in Mauritius, only to receive repeated assurances with no follow-through. None of the four consultants contacted me as promised. I was then informed that a cancellation fee would be charged for a service that has never worked. After multiple interactions, the matter remains unresolved. It is deeply disappointing that a company seeking to grow its business cannot deliver even a basic standard of customer service.
