UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM DSTV AND MATTER STILL UNRESOLVED

I am currently experiencing a CDNAT 403 error when attempting to access DStv Stream on both my television and mobile device. Despite making several extended calls to DStv support, I have not received any meaningful assistance, and the issue remains unresolved.

I am particularly concerned that my queries are repeatedly being marked as resolved or closed by agents without any actual resolution or feedback. As a result, I am still unable to access the streaming service, despite continuing to pay for it.

This level of service is both unprofessional and unacceptable. I have also requested that this matter be escalated to management; however, these requests have not been honored, and cases continue to be closed prematurely.

I would appreciate urgent intervention to resolve this issue and restore access to the service I am paying for.
