UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND SYSTEM.

I went onto the website this morning to make payment, the amount outstanding was R594.34, which I paid by card, no other amounts were given. I made payment and still I cannot reconnect. Please reconnect our services immediately. I am not paying any additional amounts, if your website is misleading and not accurate in terms of amounts outstanding that is not my fault or problem. Your agents on Facebook messenger is unprofessional and condescending.

If your systems amount was wrong, that is NOT my problem. Reconnect me immediately. I paid what YOUR system showed.

No wonder so many people no longer use your services
