UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

Disgusting service received by Multichoices Call Centre to temporary activate a service. I spoke to Tshepo at 11h38 and she committed that it will be done within 2 hours. 2 hours later I spoke to Chembeka and no action was taken. I held on for over 30 minutes. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
