UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called DSTV last week , wanting to make a few changes and to upgrade my package as well. However when the Consultant gave me the pro rata that I had to pay. I then told him not to continue with the changes and the upgrade as I cant afford the pro rata. But He didnt instead and NOW my services have been discontinued and im expected to pay R260, which is unacceptable!!!!!! why must i pay again??????
